I do yoga was started in the Ann Arbor area by Emma Grace, a yoga teacher who wanted to provide brides and grooms with a way to relax and fully enjoy their big day.
All of our teachers are experienced in teaching a mixed level of students.
We are passionate about giving you the yoga experience that you want, so please let us know any preferences you have. Our default class is a gentle and mindful class that focuses on breathing and gratitude in order to help you be more present for the rest of your day.
At I do yoga we hope to make your wedding day as peaceful as possible by helping you find some time for yourself before all of the photos, vows, food, and dancing. Relax your body and your mind before saying your nuptials!
We provide yoga mats. Just come ready to practice and breathe!
